Try this tip to improve balance in yoga poses: Understanding yoga anatomy

Many yoga students–including me!–struggle with balance in single leg poses like tree. In this video, we’ll look at the main muscle that stabilizes the pelvis when you stand on one leg, called the gluteus medius. Understanding how it works and how to activate it can help improve your balance in many standing balance poses.
