This is 10 minute lesson for those of you who are 50 years and older and never practiced Yoga before.
Yoga for over 50 can be a perfect way to move your body and gain more flexibility, strength and balance.
As we age we can lose alot of flexibility in the joints and this in turn can cause alot of aches and pains in our bodies. Yoga is a great way to combat this and give you a new lease of life, for the mind, body and soul.
