Yoga for beginners! In this video I will demonstrate 3 poses which are ideal for complete beginners. The first pose is Child’s Pose, second is Cat/Cow and the third one is Downward Facing Dog. Please consult a doctor or medical practitioner before starting any exercise program if you have any serious health issues or injuries that you’re concerned about.
Keep practicing these poses as often as you can and hopefully this will be the start of a wonderful yoga journey for you!
