Today’s video is a 60 minute intermediate Vinyasa yoga practice for strength, flexibility, and balance.

👉 As this is a 60 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga session, there will be minimal cues for popular poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior Poses, Forward Folds, and some basic floor stretches.

Minimal cues in yoga means you will be able to focus more on your breathing, sensations in your body and this allows you to be more attentive to your own experience.

I offer variations and modifications so you can work at the intensity level that’s right for you today. We do 5 minutes of Savasana then close the practice together. There are soft nature sounds in the background so play your own music if you like.
