This is day 2 of the 10 minute lessons for those of you who are 50 years and older and never practiced Yoga before. This is a class for strength and flexibility and moving your body in a way the moves and creates energy to help you get through your day.
Yoga for over 50 can be a perfect way to move your body and gain more flexibility, strength and balance.
As we age we can lose alot of flexibility in the joints and this in turn can cause alot of aches and pains in our bodies. Yoga is a great way to combat this and give you a new lease of life, for the mind, body and soul.
