The stretches and total body stretch movements in this beginner level workout can help you feel flexible, strong, light, and healthy throughout your day. Exercising, or getting a quick work out in, in the morning has many benefits, and yoga in a great example of that. Yoga is also often sought out when experiencing back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain etc, because of its stretching and healing properties, but it is also a very valuable tool for helping to burn calories, shed unwanted fat, and keep us energized and healthy!
