15 min STANDING YOGA FOR BEGINNERS – Day 12 | Beginner Yoga Challenge | Yoga without mat

Yoga For Beginners
Welcome to Day 12 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we will practice only standing yoga poses. Standing yoga sequences are some of my favorite to practice and create – you can practice them any time without a yoga mat. This is a great way to move and stretch your body, especially if you have to sit a lot during the day. Your body will thank you for a little yoga break 🙂
