Today we will practice only standing yoga poses. Standing yoga sequences are some of my favorite to practice and create – you can practice them any time without a yoga mat. This is a great way to move and stretch your body, especially if you have to sit a lot during the day. Your body will thank you for a little yoga break 🙂
