Yoga For Beginners
Hey everyone, here we go, our first Yoga practice together. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been so scared to publish a Youtube video!
This video is aimed at beginners, or those of you who would like to take some very gentle slow movements today, to cultivate some calm. We’ll be focusing on some nice deep cleansing breaths, and also slowing down and moving our bodies mindfully.

Thank you so much if you choose to practice with me, I’m still finding my feet as a new teacher and I realise I accidently called my cat pose a cow pose in this video (a moment of panic haha), but I’ll get there, practice makes perfect as they say!
I think part of the nice thing about having my Youtube community is that it feels like we’re all on this little Yoga Journey together, so thank you so much for your ongoing support, I don’t say it enough but it means so much to me, I wish I could give you all a huge hug.

Anyway, well done for making this time to move your body and be with yourself.
I really hope you enjoy this slow, gentle practice to get us all started on our yoga journey, and that it brings you a few minutes of calm.
