– Here’s a 15 Minute hip-flexibility-focused workout to improve the flexibility or all of the major muscle groups in your hips – hamstrings, adductors, abductors, glutes, hip flexors, and quadriceps.
Poses are held for a longer time to ensure you give them the time they need to open up. There’s a fair amount of strength work involved as well, so don’t be surprised if you break a sweat! Remember to use your breathing to work deeper into the poses, and don’t push yourself too hard.
