Need a calm-me-down before bed or just about any time? These are strange days indeed. While we’re off in our self-contained bubbles, please enjoy some free yoga videos, from me to you! I hope to upload a bit of everything I teach in the near future.

Update: I’ve just realized that the video has been flipped so the instructions (right/left) don’t match the movements. I will fix this! 🙂

Matthea Schumpelt is a Miramichi, NB yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. She opened her studio, Yoga Magnificat, in March 2016 and has been teaching students of various ages, shapes and sizes every since. While not in the studio, Matthea is an avid outdoorswoman, often trekking through the woods on snowshoes or cross-country skis. This was the year she introduced Snowga (yoga outside in the snow) combined with snowshoeing or skiing activities.
