Feet, Legs, or Perineum discomfort? In this video, I will guide you in a short practice, for Muladhara (Root /1st) chakra. Many women’s diseases are connected to this chakra, that’s why I decided to share more about this topic.
To heal the Root Chakra is important to work together with asana, pranayama, and meditation.
With asana practice, the body restores its connection with the Earth and our roots. Standing and seated poses are the best. The body parts related to this chakra are the feet, legs, perineum, and intestine.
This a short practice you can add to your daily routine or anytime you feel down and you need some energy from mother Earth.
