All of these poses are standing, which means no need for a mat or putting your hands on the ground. These are the exercises I’ll do in a typical morning. This routine targets your hips, mid-back, core, shoulders, and upper-back. It’s great for waking up your body, increasing flexibility, improving mind-body awareness for the day, improving your posture, and relieving stiffness. Give it a shot!
