1) Downward dog
Downward dog posture has a very effective on your muscles. Follow the steps shows in the video. This is beneficial for stretch the hamstring and calf muscles in the backs of the legs and build strength to shoulders.

2) Child Pose
In this pose you just sit on the mat. Your knees will together and your buttocks to your feet. Exhale and slowly rest your torso over your thighs so that your head touches the mat. This is beneficial for physical, mental and emotional relief.

3) Trikonanasana
This assan speaks for itself, as we know it indicates a Triangle. Trikonasana comes from Sanskrit word Trikon and Asana where trikon mean Triangle and asana means pose. This pose looks like a triangle shape and is the most important for your health, you will find this common in every yoga routine. This is beneficial for improving your body function and stretches the muscles.

4) Seated Twisted Yoga plus Breathing Practice.

Seated twisted yoga Ideally used to improve flexibility of body. In this video, you see how Tanny Bhattacharjee stretches the legs, back muscles around the hips and pelvis. The is beneficial for your physical connection to your center. You must avoid doing this asana, if you are pregnant.

5) Meditation
Meditation is easy and very comfortable pose to do. Meditation is a practice of concentration to bring yourself to calm down, relax and focus on more positive environment. As showed in video, seat yourself in place, play any enchanting music in the background, sit in the lotus position and start focusing by closing your eyes, gathering all your attention inside towards your forehead in the center until you are totally disconnected to the events outside. This is helps to relieve stress, reduce anxiety, chronic pain, depression, high blood pressure.
