In this yoga flow for inner thighs and groin, we work on both strengthening the inner thighs as well as stretching them out and increasing flexibility in the groin area.
In this yoga flow we start on the back, gentle warming up the hips and groin, before working into the inner thigh with a little bit of strength. We use poses such a goddess pose and warrior 2 to strengthen the inner thighs and groin and use yogi squat and a relaxed dragon fly pose to help stretch the tight groin muscles, before relaxing at the end together.
This yoga flow will challenge the inner thighs and groin and can be practised at any time of the day.
