Every morning I stand op and start my day with Yoga. I do a combination from Chi Cong and power Yoga. This is a combination from 5 exersises cold. The 5 Tibetanen. Verry powerful and good for your body and soul. I do did know for more than 20 years and it helped me in many ways. Try them out. Build it up by seven everyweek till the number 21. After a couple of weeks you wil experience. Wat a different it wil make :))))
