Hey my guy yogis, or even just my guys (don’t have to be a yogi)! I wanted to create a virtual environment for all you men to realize the benefits of taking care of your mind and body (without the intimidation or stigma around yoga). This class is focused on stretching your hips, hamstrings and shoulders. I had such a great time learning more about the anatomy of men’s bodies in my continued education and I am so excited to bring you all the first video of my Yoga for Men series.
