If you have suffered with sciatica or pain in the center of your glutes, then your piriformis muscle might be a cause of lower back and leg pain and discomfort. This area can get super tight and tense and could be the cause of sciatic nerve inflammation. Today we work with poses that help open this area, loosen the tension and bring space to the entire hip area. Join Patrick and I for a deep glutes/hip stretch! Enjoy!
