*Description of this meditation*

Yoga Nidra is known as “yogic sleep,” a state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep relaxation. You will remain relaxed but also very aware.

With this meditation, a brief discussion of Yoga Nidra is stated beforehand which offers instructions for the meditation overall. The actual meditation starts around 2 minutes. Just be gentle with yourself and use this meditation as often a needed.
