Yoga For Relaxation
This is the first of a 3 part relaxation series. Yoga Nidra is a lying down meditation that aims to bring you into a deep state of relaxation. This is a practice that takes practice. Expect to fall asleep! As you become more familiar with the meditation you will be able to move your attention all the way round your body which is deeply healing and supportive for a wide range of physical and mental issues.
