This gentle floor-based yoga practice focuses on Relaxation. This yoga class is great for beginners, as the practice moves slowly through gentle stretching. The practice uses the breath to bring awareness to the body, helping to alleviate anxiety, stress, and tension. No props are needed for this yoga practice.
