A live streamed therapeutic yoga class for pelvic health. We go through a sequence of easeful and meaningful practices that begins with the felt sense of pelvis, finding the landmarks. Following that is breathing for relaxation and connection, gentle stretches of the pelvic floor and mobilization of pelvis. This part might be helpful if you have pain, tension or discomfort in the pelvic floor muscles. Onwards from there comes some intelligent strength work for pelvic stability. We end with release & relaxation. I am deeply grateful for the Be Woman Project; Sharada Devi and team for creating the Be Woman Women Circles Trainings.
