We have now reached the 7th episode of our Beginner series! This class is a more gentle flow, that is designed to help you stretch, get into a few deep twists and bring you to the present moment. At anytime, if you feel the need to take breaks, please go ahead and do that. A good resting pose is child’s pose, as it will help you recover and ground. Join back the class whenever you are ready to do so. I invite you to focus on your breathing throughout the entire practice, as it will help you get into each pose with more ease.
If you are new to this channel, a warm welcome to you! You are welcome to start with this class, or start the series from the beginning, as each class is meant to build on the last one.
