I hope you enjoy my 20-minute calm, easy, slow yoga for an achy body. All levels are welcome even total yoga beginners!

This class is perfect for days when you’re feeling fatigued, stressed, or when have sore muscles from a hard weeks work or a recent workout. Not only will we be using yoga stretches to ease physical tension, but we’ll also practice one of my favourite pranayama techniques to help calm the nervous system and clear your mind ready for a day full of peace and presence.
