30 minute Gentle Yoga For Anxiety

Suggested props: wall space (for legs-up-the-wall) and 1 yoga block (for supported bridge). This practice focuses on soothing and healing anxiety. We find a sense of groundedness, support, and ease in the present moment. We’ll start on our back, feeling our bodies supported by the ground beneath us, and then transition to some gentle standing postures, easy breath work, twisting postures and gentle, restorative postures.
