Kundalini yoga changed my life and so I’ve made it my entire mission to make this practice more accessible to people who want to deepen their practice. And the very first place to begin is with this 10-minute Kundalini kriya.

We start by tuning in, a fundamental part of your Kundalini practice. We do this with a mantra and a few deep breaths. Then we begin with Breath of Fire, hand mudras, and finally an awareness phase. This guided meditation for beginners brings together different Kundalini exercises so that you can get a powerful experience in just 10 minutes.
