In this 15 min yoga video we break down and explore the part of a yoga sequence often referred to as “the flow”. It is also known as the sun salutation and is used in most Vinyasa Yoga, Flow, Power and Ashtanga Vinyasa classes. It is a great short practice which helps to stretch muscles, build strength and move most of you major joints for increased mobility.

This video is designed to help you understand the various postures and alignment points in this flow sequence, so you can feel more confident and comfortable on your mat and practicing yoga.
