In this session, Dhyanse takes you through the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and the complex energy systems or chakras within the body. The session focuses on the cleansing of the energy system by activating the seven chakras. Dhyanse will guide you through a step-by-step process of bringing awareness to each of the seven energy systems within the body.
The topic of Kundalini Yoga is very significant for a meditator. When one’s meditation practice matures, the meditator reaches a stage where he starts to feel changes in the body, mind and energy system. This session is dedicated to those who take or would like to take meditation seriously, and who have or would like to experience these subtle energy changes within themselves.
Kundalini is a complex and highly misunderstood topic. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning a dormant energy that we have in our system. Kunda meaning a pit, pot, or container – something that contains something – and Lini which means to be dormant, sleeping or silent. This session explores the power of Kundalini in more detail, with Dhyanse explaining the complexities of the topic in an easy to understand manner.
This session centres around the cleansing of this energy system, which is based on the philosophy of the chakras. At the start of the meditation practice Dhyanse explains the seven chakras in detail, providing an interesting explanation of each chakra or energy centre. This is to prepare the meditator for the session ahead, where Dhyanse guides you through a step-by-step process of bringing awareness to each of the chakras.
This session is suitable for both beginners through to advanced meditators.
