Have you stopped wearing sleeveless clothes just because you feel your arms are not toned or flabby? Now there is no need to get upset. Staff pose is consider to be effective pose to reduce or loss your arms fat. This pose strengthens the hip flexors, back and abdominal muscles, and stretches the shoulders and chest.

This asana is a sort of warm-up pose for the deeper yoga poses. You must make sure to keep your stomach and bowels empty before you practice this asana. Make sure you have your meals at least four to six hours before doing the asana so that your food gets digested, and there is enough energy for you to expend during the practice. It is best to practice yoga in the morning. But due to busy life if you cannot work out in the morning, it is alright to practice it in the evening.
