In this beginners 10 minute morning yoga class we will work through gentle morning stretches to help wake the body and release tension from the nights sleep. Morning yoga is a great addition to everyone’s morning routine offering better focus, and energy for the day ahead. Stretching and bringing movement into the body after a nights rest is so important to feel good physically.
