This is a 20-minute routine that’s perfect to get you going for the day, and get your bowels moving (seriously). Yoga is fantastic for lots of things, and when done properly, digestion is one of those. You’ll also work on core strength, hip strength, and hip & spine mobility in this quick, 20-minute routine. Absolutely beginner friendly, but equally useful for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Enjoy!
