Back-bending yoga postures open the entire front side of the body. Here are three intermediate level back-bending yoga postures known to open Anahata (Heart chakra). These yoga postures add flexibility and strength to the body and also helps in improving digestion. Today in ‘Yoga and You’ Dhivya from Dhivyam Yoga shows us how to do Puppy Pose (Uttana Shishosana), Camel Pose (Ustrasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
