Yoga is a great way to improve mental and physical health and we hope our live streamed classes help guide you towards that.

It’s important to remember that our instructors cannot assist you or guide you personally during streamed or recorded classes. So, you must take full responsibility for your actions during the class. Bear in mind the class may be physically strenuous, so it should be taken at your own pace. Please do not attempt anything you believe may not be totally safe for you, particularly if you do not practice yoga regularly or have injuries or health conditions that might prevent you from participating safely.
