Yoga For Men
A lot of us have to stay at home during this intense stage the world is in and it is important that you put in the work, move, meditate and breathe to keep the universal vibration high. Great that this platform exists as it provides so much content to do all of that. We’ve been around for a bit and have already over 100 yoga classes and meditation classes in this channel. If you like our style and practice with us please show some love.

In this vinyasa flow yoga class you will work on core, upper body strength and IT band openers. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you’re good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
