Join me for a 30-minute practice to relieve stress and anxiety, and to balance and calm your nervous system so you can experience a happy and healthy life. In order to be your best and do your best, you must take care of yourself. Yoga is a powerful tool to do so, even if you can only do it for a few minutes a day.

This practice is also great for preventative care so you avoid finding yourself burned out.

Hop in some comfortable clothes, unroll you mat and let’s get centred.
