Yoga For Men
This 40-minute yoga class focuses on making yoga accessible to the male body. Build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Break down the ego and tune into the heart through movement. Join instructor Billy Potocnik and enjoy a free yoga class designed just for you.

This class practice is designed for the male body, but open to all yoga practitioners. This Yoga For Guys class is all levels friendly, and an excellent way to start or end your day. Grab a yoga block or two if you have it, but props are optional.
