Yoga For Men
And still a lot of us have to stay at home during this intense stage the world is in and it is important that you put in the work, move, meditate and breathe to keep the universal vibration high. Great that this platform exists as it provides so much content to do all of that. This is again a super fun practice to move, connet, breathe and dive deep. This yoga class is for all levels and all genders. Some guys just want a guy to be teaching the class and need it to be called for men to give it a try. My intention is to encourage more men to step on the mat and however they get introduced to yoga is wonderful! If you like our style and practice with us please show some love.

In this vinyasa flow yoga class you will work on developing a strong core, standing twists that require core activation and upper body strength through side planks and forearm plank variations. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you’re good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
