An all levels yoga class made especially for women! This class is organized to connect us ladies to our wombs. At whatever stage you are in your life: dealing with periods, working on your fertility, becoming pregnant, giving birth or post natal. We all need to give proper attention and love to our womb and pelvic floor. Men can also practice this class and give attention to their pelvic floors, however women truly need to do this!
We start with a little breath-work and centering and learning about the Mula Bandha (the root energy lock) — go through a couple cycles of kneeling Sun Salutations to suit women in pregnancy — flow through some relaxing yet activating postures — and finish off with a beautiful joint Savasana.
