A short and sweet restorative yoga session which targets the adrenal glands, regulating the levels of stress hormones in your system. Legs up the wall pose at the end is a natural activator of the parasympathetic nervous system, your “rest and digest” mode and is wonderful to do in a sequence or on its own to bring about greater wellbeing. This is a good sequence to do before bed or when you are feeling frazzled or anxious.
