Today we have special guest, Christina from the yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! She is sharing a 40 Minute Restorative Yoga Class without the use of yoga props. This is a full length class that begins with some gentle stretching leading you into some restorative style poses that are very meditative and passive.

In the style of restorative yoga, we often use props to make the poses more easeful and accessible allowing you to stay there for longer periods of time. However, this can sometimes be a bit restrictive due to a lack of access to props. So, for this class, you will be able to have a relaxing, tension reducing, and calming restorative yoga experience without the need for yoga props.

This class is great to reduce back pain and muscle tension in your back and upper body. It’s perfect for when you travel if you are looking to unwind after a long and stressful day in transit. It’s also just a great way to relax after a long and hard day at work.

This restorative yoga class is excellent for beginners or yogis of all levels. Anyone looking for a restoring yoga meditation to activate that relaxation response (the parasympathetic nervous system) in your body to recover from stressful situations.
