Guided Kundalini Spine Awakening- Seated Yoga

Kundalini Meditation
A short yet powerful sequence designed to energize and revitalize the body~ practices to stimulate the fire of the body and the succulence of the spine in order to give way to the proper and gentle rise of the kundalini~
I randomly recorded this after a Kali workshop I taught in India, and is one of my personal practices I like to rise with and is also a short sequence from which I share within my workshops and courses.

When doing this, be comfortable- you can be seated cross legged or on your knees with thighs and heels touching.
