1. Downward Dog – To lengthen Spine and increase circulation to the brain.
2. Yogi Squat – To Open groin and stretch the ankles.
3. Lunge – To Strengthen Legs and open front of the hips.
4. Bridge Pose – To strengthen spine and open the chest.
5. Reclining Twist – To release tension and stretch the hips.
