Deep Relaxation Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga

Yoga For Relaxation
This yoga class was designed to promote deep relaxation. Before you begin, create an environment which will enhance your experience of this relaxing class – low lights, music, limited distractions, etc. This class begins and ends in the most wonderful pose – savasana! The first 15 minutes of this class include breathing and reclined twists and stretches. Additional postures include neck stretches, seated folds, cat/cow, child’s pose, one stretch for the upper back/shoulders and one for the chest. Enjoy the sound of the waves in the background.
