Yoga For Men
In this vinyasa flow yoga class we will work on hip strength and mobility, upper body strength and core to round everything nicely up. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you’re good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.
