This is a full body stretch to help with tension and stress relief.
Yoga is a great way to help reduce mental and physical stress by calming the body and mind through various full body stretches and soothing guidance.
The practice of yoga is known to promote relaxation for it’s use of breath and body opening yoga poses and stretches.
With restorative yoga, i love adding calming music as i believe music plays a big roll in helping relief stress and relaxing the physical body.
