Welcome to my first Yoga Nidra session in English – may it help, heal and benefit you!

Yoga Nidra is a practice for deep relaxation and profound inner peace, which helps you to let go of any physical, emotional or mental tensions. Yoga Nidra connects you to your True Self and cultivates health, happiness, and success.

In Yoga Nidra, the practitioner only has to listen to the guiding voice and surrender to the practice, while lying in Savasana with the eyes closed and the aim not to move or fall asleep. This practice is not to be confused with hypnosis but the practitioner alone is navigating his/her own experience.

One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep (!) as the body is deeply relaxing while the mind stays awake.

Yoga Nidra can make you gain energy and feel empowered. If you like to use it for such purposes, it is most recommended to practice in the mornings.

Yoga Nidra can also help with insomnia, if you feel sleep deprived and tired, do not worry if you fall asleep. The time will come when you will be able to stay awake throughout the session and use this practice as an energizing and revitalizing tool.

Furthermore, Yoga Nidra increases creativity and is a deeply healing practice on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level. Yoga Nidra is a tool to unfold your biggest potential.
