This workout is intended to be more muscle relief. Feeling sore? Tight muscles? Stiff? Your body is telling you that you need to move. This session will be a little different from my other sessions in that it is much more fast paced. Get ready for one to two breaths per movement and lots of vinyasas (plank, half push-up, cobra/up-dog, downdog).
