Utkatasana, also known as chair pose, is all about sitting on that imaginary chair. How easy it is to sit on a chair! But when you sit on an imaginary chair, it could be quite challenging.

Prasarita Padottanasana, also known as the Wide-legged Standing forward bend, literally translates to “Feet Spread Intense Stretch Pose.”

Practicing these poses can feel expansive and soothing after a long set of standing poses, or after running, walking, or cycling.

In this class Apsaea will show is how strengthens the thighs and ankles, while toning the shoulders and opening up the hips.
