This workout combines relaxing yoga sequence with high intensity exercises to help you burn fat more effectively, and at the same time, give you the “relaxation” you need.

Exercises Sequence:
– Mindful Warmup
– Sun Salutations (5 reps)
– HIIT Mountain Climber (10 reps)
– HIIT Alternate Boat Legs (10 reps)
– HIIT Downward Dog Leg Swings (10 reps)
– HIIT Alternate Leg Raises (10 reps)
– Deep Stretches

Total Workout Time: 32 minutes (2 sets)
Estimated Calories Burned: 230 – 270Cals
Best Results: Do this workout on alternate days. You can mix it up with other high intensity or strength training for best results.
