A gentle yet invigorating mix of standing yoga, and floor postures that you can use again and again, as you get more comfortable and confident. I also teach a mula-bandha practice to strengthen and tone the pelvic floor the area of the root chakra.
The main thing is to stay rooted feel the legs and feet and pelvis region, so you are IN YOUR BODY. Not in your head distracted and disconnected.
Goddess the root of your power lies in staying connected with your body- while tuning in to the spiritual energies focus in each chakra.
This can support abundance, stability and ability to manifest in life.
Chakras for Beginners Root Chakra Yoga is filmed outside so you hear gentle nature sounds. It’s fairly slow pace so you can really feel your body (root charkra,) movements and sensations. No rush if your goal is to feel more grounded.
