This beginner-friendly yoga routine to improve flexibility uses modifications for guys aren’t flexible. Improve your flexibility in just 10 minutes per day. Use this routine as often as you’d like. I recommend doing this as a standalone stretching routine in the morning or evening, or as a cooldown for your other workouts. You can expect noticeable improvements in just a couple of weeks!
